We offer pick-up and delivery solutions to our customers and deliver to locations within a 10-mile radius of our store in Frederick, MD
Get FREE pick-up & delivery on all orders over $100
Standard Pick-up & Delivery Fee: $9.99 per order
Nothing to Pickup Fee: $15 (this fee applies only if you schedule a pickup and our driver does not find anything to pickup)
Current pick-up & delivery days/windows: 6-8pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
How it works

Schedule a pick-up & Prepare your items
Book pick-up & delivery slots through our online booking tool or mobile app. Or give us a call
Prepare your items for pick-up by separating dry cleaning, shirt laundry, alterations, wash & fold, and other items
Add notes for any special instructions or tell the driver at pick-up

We will pick-up your items as scheduled
On the scheduled date/time, we will bring separate bags for your dry cleaning, shirt laundry, alterations, wash & fold, and other items
We will price the items in-store and send you a receipt within 24 hours (on weekends and/or holidays, this may be delayed a bit)

We will complete the job and deliver to you
We will clean all cleaning items, complete any requested alterations, etc. and return your items to you within your scheduled delivery date/time slot

Our pick-up and delivery services are powered by the CleanCloud app. With the app, you can schedule pick-ups and/or deliveries, make payments, invite others, track your rewards points, and more!
